Dr. Cuber earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, before continuing his training in Texas. At the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, Dr. Cuber completed his general surgery residency. Afterwards, he finished a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he was elected chief resident. Dr. Cuber even completed a hand and microsurgery fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
